This foreign care must begin within 60 days of leaving the United States. This benefit has a $250 deductible and is also subject to a $50,000 lifetime maximum benefit. The treatment has to be a type of treatment that would be covered by Medicare if the care been received in the U.S. Pays for a variety of preventive care services that are not covered by Medicare. There is an annual limit on this benefit.
